Established in 2003, Neotti Lima Builders was founded by Leo Lima.

As a boy, Leo would watch his grandfather’s skill and patience in his carpentry business.  Work was with old-fashioned hand tools and achieving the perfect finish began with dedication, high standards and pride in one’s name.  It was there that Leo’s admiration for old-school values took root.  Never make a promise you cannot keep.  If a job is worth doing, it is worth doing well.  Leo has been guided by these principles ever since.

In 1989, Leo was one of two successful applicants out of of 500 to join an apprenticeship in compliance with ISO and EN quality assurance standards in a large construction company.  It was here his experience with building work began.

Many years later, the principles that Leo learned from his grandfather and his broad experience in quality building work provide the foundation for Neotti Lima Builders. Construction may involve brick, steel, wood and plaster, but it begins and ends with a solid reputation, which is our foundation.
